Refund policy

All Recipe Diaries products are digital ebooks delivered instantly by email. Because the product can be accessed and downloaded as soon as payment is made, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

We will help you if:

• You were charged but did not receive your ebook
• You were charged twice for the same order
• Your download link is not working or the file is damaged

In these cases, email us at askeverydayco@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and payment screenshot. We will resend your ebook or process a refund for duplicate payments within 5 to 7 working days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
